OT: iPhone 4?

Hello, such a silly thing here but I have to ask.  I use to have a phone with voice to text ability, then someone dropped a plate on it.  So my sister-in-law was so very nice to give me her old iPhone4 (NOT ‘s’).  It doesn’t have the voice to text option.  I REALLY REALLY miss that feature. 

So has anyone bought an APP that will do the same thing and like it?  OR Does anyone know which APP would be a good fit?  I know I’m whining but it was just such a silly feature I didn’t think it would matter, but I have found it does matter and I’d like to find a way to get something like it back on my phone.
