Thought I’d share a good article on the pesky and nasty, yet prevalent, soy protein isolate; also a recipe.
Yay….this is great!! We are on GAPS, so avoid soy, most dairy, and all grains and sugar…and I can make this recipe for my son! thank you!

Questa we are on a similar diet now because of one kids Eczema. Well wheat free not grain free, don’t know that I could do that!
Soy is out of our house except for miso and wheat free Tamari sauce(fermented).
