OT: Does anyone else make GF communion bread for church?

    I have a recipe that I’ve been using but it falls apart easily.  (We live in CO. and altitude and dryness is an issue.)  I would love a tried and true recipe.  🙂

    Don’t make it, but our church provides a GF communion wafer.  I’m not sure where they order it from, but I could find out if you’re interested.
