OT: Big announcement for our family and for me

    Hello, ladies! I wanted you all to know what our family is up to because a big change is in the air. I sort of informally announced it on here a few weeks ago, but this is the “official” announcement. Here it is: http://todayindietzville.blogspot.com/2014/06/our-change-is-here.html

    I covet your prayers for our family. This is a big leap of faith we’re making here, and the control freak in me is a little freaked out! 

    I’ve been largely absent from the forum recently because the intense packing/moving portion of our journey is upon us, and I haven’t had the time to be here. I probably won’t be on much in the next few weeks, but I am eagerly waiting to get settled and join you again!

    Best wishes on your move.  That is excitng to be following your dreams.  I pray that all goes well for you and you soon locate your new home.

    I am sorry about your blog since I enjoy your posts, but understand your decision. =) And I totally relate to the control freak thing…LOL!

    Exciting! I feel happy for you to be following your vision and getting that much closer to the goal! Hopefully it will be our family someday soon. I pray Blessings, peace and joy over you and your family throughout this process.

    Yay! Such an exciting time. We want a house on land and room to run too. One day, it may not be until we have grand children, but one day it will happen.

    Congratulations Lindsey! 

    I don’t want to write about our lives; I just want to soak it all in and enjoy our lives. My blogging has been pretty scarce for a while, and I think my heart knew all along what my mind wouldn’t acknowledge until recently: that this place isn’t as much of a priority or as much fun to me as it used to be.

    Your statements above (taken from your blog post) are exactly why I deleted my facebook account plus so many more reasons. I am happier without it. You will be so happy that you don’t have the distraciton of a blog. There will be no more “blog brain”. Emerse yourself in those sweet blessings that God and put before you. There is a time and place for everything and it is wonderful that you have listened to your heart to further prioritize your life. May your life be abundantly blessed by your decisions. 

    You are moving even closer to me, btw. I am in Baton Rouge, LA. 🙂
