I have found that sterlite snap lids in the 15 quart size are perfect for storing my books! I can put an entire history module in it and they keep our books nicely for the next batch of children.

Also I have been putting all my character training books in one bin and then just pull out the books we will be using. The children can easily get into a bin if they desire to read a favorite book ;). They know what era it is from so they know where to look.

How do you store your books?

I thought that there was a large post a few months ago, but didn’t see it. So here is one that also discusses other ways to organize stuff:

    Here are some older threads:

Right now my books are a big bookcase I built that is wall length.  I store the books according to topics.  The literature free-reads are not organized into any particular order for the younger books, although the chapter books are all arranged on the shelves and I’ve read them all so many times, I kind of know where things are.

Where do you store your bins?  How many do you have?  I have wondered about this a time or two, but wasn’t sure that we had the space to do it.
