Organizer – Size?

You may have some adjustment options depending on what web browser software you are using. If you’re using Safari or Firefox, you can adjust the text size and then print, but this doesn’t work in Internet Explorer. To do this in Chrome, you’ll need to install an extension. Below are details for each browser that supports this.

In Safari, choose the “View” menu and select “Zoom Text Only”. Then from the “View” menu you can use  “Zoom In” and “Zoom Out” to make the text larger or smaller, which will be reflected when you print. You can also use “Customize Toolbar” from the “View” menu to add a one-click text size button to the top of your browser for quick access.

In Firefox, choose the “View” menu, then the “Zoom” sub-menu, and then select “Zoom Text Only”. Now go back through the same menus and chose “Zoom In” or “Zoom Out” to adjust the text size.

In Chrome, the best way to control printing is to install the “Print Friendly & PDF” extension. You may need to upgrade to the current version of your browser software if you don’t see the options I’ve mentioned or still have other problems with the text size.
