Organizer questions?

    I am just starting to think about doing the organizer and have a question. I didn’t want to just get going and find out I’d be stuck.

    When you start I see you give a 30day trial. That’s great thanks so much. Second. If you school year round will this work?

    If I start doing the monthly option and am able to pay the year can I do that at anypoint? So say on Aug 10th I have an extra $100 (yah right) can I pay that and then my year start at that point till next Aug?

    If I get stuck with something how/where do I go for help?

    PS. We did move and we are living with my parents. new home is being framed. Please keep us in your prayers it’s been a bumpy ride here at the parents.

    Hi, Misty –

    Welcome back! Let’s see if I can answer your Organizer questions.

    If you school year round will this work?

    Absolutely. We school year round, so we designed it that way. 🙂 Any resources you enter stay in line until you check them off or remove them. It doesn’t matter if they “cross over” to the next school year. The only reason the CM Organizer asks for your school year’s start date is so it knows which records to display if you select the “This School Year” report. Everything else is seamless.

    If I start doing the monthly option and am able to pay the year can I do that at anypoint?

    Yes. The subscription is flexible that way. If you want to pay monthly for a while, then decide to pay the annual fee, the twelve months will start from the date you paid the annual fee.

    If I get stuck with something how/where do I go for help?

    Either use the Contact Us form to e-mail us or watch the demonstration videos again. Sometimes those videos will clear up questions the best. You might search the topics on this Forum in the CM Organizer section too.

    Thank you it truely answered all my questions. I will defenetly start trying to enter my stuff now and start using it for the beginning of our school year and go from there.

    Thanks you also for Laying Down the Rails.. I just started reading it and I can truely see where I am not doing a good job and where I need work. That is exactly what I need right now. Thanks..
