Organizer question

    I didn’t have time to use the Organizer last night so I wan’t able to mark off the days work for Friday.  This morning when I went to do it all it showed was one resource I had listed for Saturday (because I didn’t want it showing up everyday but I wasn’t ready to use it yet).  I thought that clicking “Show Assignments not originally scheduled for today…” would allow me to mark the work as done but it didn’t. The resources came up, but without the ability to check them off.  Do I just have to wait until Monday to be able to do this?

    Rene, you’re right about clicking the Show Assignments Not Originally Scheduled for Today. Then click on whichever resource you need down there, and it should “open up” to show the assignment and checkbox. You’ll be able to expand the checkboxes to show previous days, and should be able to check off past assignments there.

    I think there’s also an Expand All link near the top of that section that will “open up” all the resources at once for you, so you don’t have to click each one.
