Organizer question

    I was updating some resources I had added to the Organizer last year during the free trial and got this message:

    NOTE: Some of the assignments for the schedule are outside the division range you selected, but they have already been marked finished. These assignments will NOT be removed and will still appear on reports as having been finished.

    I do not know what this means.

    I am just guessing here – but you said you updated some resources, and I’m going to assume that you may have removed some divisions on some, appearing to remove some divisions that you marked as complete during your trial last year…. and the message is just letting you know that your report for last year’s work will still show these items as being finished….

    That said, I’m just another mom using the organizer, and I haven’t seen this message.   But I do know that you can change a resource, without “messing up” things that you have previously marked as completed…

    Thanks for jumping in there suzukimom. I was looking into it to give a good answer but I just wasn’t reading the details right. You nailed it.
