organizer – handling a "leftover" resource?

I am using the organizer again after a year’s absence.  Sure enough, there is everything waiting just as I left off LOL.  Now, there are some resources that I would like to take off  the scheduler but leave in my resources – like they might have a lot of divisions that I don’t want to take the time to go through and check off one by one.  I don’t want to delete the resource if I don’t have to.  One thing I did was go back and change the number of divisions to 1 and then check it off as complete.  That got it off the list.

    Is there a better way?

I believe you can just click Delete on the Scheduler and it will remove it from the Schedule but leave the resource in your own list of Resources Added. Then if you want to re-schedule it with only the later divisions, you can do that without having to click on all of the completes. If you are wanting to still maintain a record of having finished it in the past, then I think changing it to No Divisions and marking complete would work, too.

OK – yes, I see now that this works, thanks.  I think I was thinking that my “added resources” list was a master list of all the resources that I have scheduled over time.  And I was deleting things that were added from the bookfinder and they were not on that list to begin with.

Does any master list like this exist in the organizer?  If not, I have a request for the wishlist – a master list of all the resources I have ever scheduled, please!

Gem, Please tell us a little about how you would use a master list. What is its purpose for you, etc.? Thanks.
