Each month I print a detailed report for the whole month for the whole family as a pdf file. This month my dates are all out of order for a lot of their work – for instance we read “The Boy of the Pyramids” as a family, so in that section of the report the dates are all mixed up instead of in order. That is true for nearly every resource entered on the report.
I looked back at past months and the dates have always been in order. Have I inadvertently changed some setting somewhere? I guess it doesn’t really matter, but it bothers me that my report doesn’t “look right” LOL.
Detailed Report – selected all subjects, and this school year. Some resources were fine, but others had the dates (and therefore chapter numbers) mixed up.
No lol I never even thought of emailing support! I was posting it as much to give them a heads up that something wasn’t right as for any other reason, so I guess I should report it the right way. Thanks for mentioning that – and I am using chrome – but I always do, so…I wondered if something hadn’t glitched with the new update.
Thanks for helping! off to find that report form now
We recently rolled out a fix to reports for another minor problem. I’m guessing it is now causing this new problem. I’ll have our the programmer take a look and see what’s happening for sure.
Haven’t checked the Detailed report yet – but the bug IS in the Summary report too, and is still there. I just went to check on something on it, and this was one of my resources…
Is anyone still seeing this problem on the summary report. If so, I need some specific examples of dates and resources I can provide to the programmer. Thanks.
(Is it possible that only people that looked at the detailed report when the bug existed have the problem now in their summary report? Just a thought…..)
