This has maybe already been answered somewhere else, but I haven’t been able to find it. I’m wondering how everyone handles tracking events that only occur once like a play or concert that you attend. Or what about an hour of nature study that wasn’t planned and probably won’t be repeated? Our family tends to have lots of activities like this and I’m not sure how to keep track of them. They just need to be recorded as they happen.

    Thanks for any ideas!

I put a note at the top of the day indicating what we did. Lots of field trips and impromtu events are recorded that way for us. 🙂

Thanks, that’s what I did so far. I’m using the trial period and just learning my way around to see if the organizer will work for us. I was thinking I could also just add a resource with no divisions and complete it that day. I don’t suppose it would show up on the next week as something we need to do?

I put these things in as an added resource with no divisions and complete it that day (as you stated), and as long as you check it ‘finished’ then it won’t reoccur later as something you need to do.  I guess it’s just a personal preference as to how you choose to do it.  Smile
