Many of you have Ann’s geography books, but this book, well, it’s different – life-changing different. I encourage you to check it out. I cannot put it down and have begun my own journal of 1000 gifts in an effort to live fully. I want this in my life – to live fully, gratefully in His grace.
I am almost done reading it and recommending it to everyone I know. Ann is transparent about her journey with God to a life full of thanksgiving and what that really means. It’s a beautiful and wonderful book! When I’m done, I think I’m going to read it again with the online book club that starts in a week and half.
Are you all also joining the Bloom Book Club discussion of Ann’s book? I have the book and started reading it. I’ve loved Ann’s blog since the beginning and it is so precious to hold her book in my hands! I already gave a copy away too!
Richele, I started it on the Kindle and switched to reading it in hardback because Iwas wanting to flip back and forth so much. LOL. I too want to buy a copy for many of my friends and family.
I totally agree! This book is amazing. I read it on my Kindle in December and can’t wait till I get my hard copy. I feel like I won the lottery because in October I get to speak at a blogging conference where Ann is the keynote speaker! Eeek! I can’t wait to meet her!
This book is indeed seriously beautiful…life changing for sure. I am also thinking about starting my own list of 1000. If you haven’t read it, please do!
I’m glad to read that so many of you are liking this book. I just came across it a couple days ago and have read the first chapter online and listened to an interview with Ann Voskamp. It does sound good and have it on my “to order” list. Thanks for posting Missceegee!
