One more organizer question:), week's schedule

    I am really wanting my son to have his own rough weekly schedule(or at least the next two days) so he can have a paper copy and see what he’s supposed to do next without having to ask me.  I’ve looked through old posts and found one of Sonya’s with a week at a glance schedule, but I’m wanting more details than at a glance.  Am I understanding that the organzier can’t do that, I would have to print a daily report each night per child for the next day?  It’s not an option for us to have the organizer up on the screen and my kiddos coming down to the computer to see what’s next.  Thanks, Adrienne

    At the moment, the organizer is setup for daily printouts.

    However, if you click on “show upcoming assignments” on each resource that you want to do more than once in the week, it will show another 3 assignments.  (I’ve requested they change that to 4 more.) – when you print it up it will show those assignments too (but no Worked on or Finished boxes).  – oh, that is assuming you have all the resources scheduled for the day you are showing. 

    I’m trying this out for a Weekly plan/checklist…  Right now I am finding them marking it off a bit confusing (although right now I always know exactly what they did, so it is easy for me to mark it off in the organizer.)

    I’d love a simple weekly checklist type report, similar to what I’m getting doing the Daily one – but maybe with W and F boxes for each resource for each day of the week….  and those boxes for all the assignments (ie, the “show upcoming assignments”)
