New to SCM Intro

    Hi There…my name is Sue Smith and I have 2 children ages 7 (son) and 5 (daughter).  We just finished our 2nd year of homeschool.  I have been drawn to the CM method for a while and have decided to embrace this method when we start up our 3rd year.

    I have enjoyed reading the e-Books…Education is an atmosphere, a discipline, a life; Smooth and Easy Days; and Masterly Inactivity.  I’m looking forward to watching and learning from the Books and Things DVD workshop.

    Welcome Sue,

    I am fairly new here too, only it seems that you have been able to do much more reading than I!  That is great!

    I tried some Spelling Wisdom with my 9 year old today and he really enjoyed it, so I too am looking forward to planning, and implementing more fully a CM style!!

    Hi Sue,

    Welcome, 09/10 have been our first yr of HS our ds8 & dd2. We have started to learn the CM way as of Jan 2010. I have got a long way to go but we are loving the journey.
