I also agree that the cover and paper currently used are no problem for books this size.

I already voted for spiral but would like to say that I’ve had no problem with the paper or cover holding up well after I had them spiral bound at Office Max.  🙂

Yes I am curious about the projected date for new guides release as well.

I’m fine with spiral as long as sturdy enough that covers don’t tear off. If this raises the cost, I’m happy as is:)

Thanks for the great feedback, everyone. You all help us so much!

So to sum up, let’s see, we have spiral, spiral, spiral, spiral, spiral, . . . well, I think we have reached a concensus. Smile

We are working hard to have the new editions of the first three history handbooks done before fall. We do not have projected dates for Middle Ages, Early Modern, or Modern right now since the OOP Oxford book doesn’t affect them.

New elements will include some different book choices, a change in geography lessons that we hope will make things much simpler, and an exciting additional tie-in that will feature the stuff ancient cultures left behind.

The current handbook editions will continue to be available in e-book form if you want to use those lesson plans. We don’t want anybody to feel left high and dry.

Now I better get back to work, huh? Wink
