    Hi. I’ve been trying to get my Organizer set up and I’m wondering if there’s a place where I can view on screen what I’ve already entered? I’m looking for a week’s preview, I guess you could say… without having to print it out.

    Also, where are the blank pages that I can print to work out my plan in pencil before entering data? I blew it and tried to skip a couple of steps, LOL. Now I have to go backwards and figure out what I’m doing.

    Donna,

    Your “Scheduler” tab will have everything you have entered in so far. It isn’t set up in a weekly schedule format, but you can select to view just any one subject, any one child, or everything at once.

    There really isn’t a “week at a glance”. That’s why you’ll need to have a pencil-and-paper basic weekly plan out first. You can find that section of the website here:

    You can use the blank form and the Scheduler section to figure out what you’ve got down so far, then come up with a basic plan and either modify what you’ve already done or go forward.

    Thank you, Michelle! Those weekly schedules look very helpful.

    So is there a way to print what I’ve already entered if we haven’t done it yet? Or do we need to complete in order to generate a report?
