Here’s a little sneak preview of a new CM Organizer Reports Menu that we’ll be rolling out soon.
Instead of the reports being on one page, you now have a menu to choose each report. That simplifies the options for each report a bit. We’ve also included some text to tell you what the report shows and maybe even suggestions of how you might use it. We hope that will be a bit friendlier.
Oh, it looks like that new menu makes room on the screen for more reports. Hmmm, I wonder what could be coming next.
We just launched another report option: Attendance. This report will tally the number of days each month for each student that he/she has an assignment marked Worked On or Finished. You can also decide whether to include Family work and/or days with just a Daily Journal note.
There is also now an option to tag a student as Inactive. So for those of us who have graduated a student since we started using the CM Organizer, or had a student change schooling locations, we can go to Account: Student Information and edit that student to be Inactive so she won’t be included in reports for “All” anymore. You’ll still be able to select an Inactive student to see past reports as desired.
Yeah!!! I had to go back and count the days last year. It was hard to do. I am so excited! We do so much school on the weekends (history and bible and science) that my 180 days will be “valid” so much sooner. 🙂
