New CM Organizer Features

First of all, we’ve changed the “[CM]” label to “[SCM]” so that it’s clear that those resources are recommended by us, not necessarily by Charlotte. Later, we’re going to add an option in the “Sort by” popup menu on the search results page that will let you sort the SCM recommend resources to the top of the results. That should make it easy to find those resources without cluttering up the page.
