Need help with Spreadsheets

If there is anyone who is good with Spreadsheets and likes doing them, I could REALLY use some help. We have a great one for our Math you see so keep track of each lesson and when it was completed and the score if any. Now we have a language program that we are using as well. I made an outline. It has the level, Unit, lesson and exercise, but I need it to be put into a good spreadsheet. If anyone would like to help me out with that, I can send you the outline for it. There are 2 levels,
Level 1 is Units 1-8 units. Unit 1-4 each has 11 lessons. Unit 5-8 has 12 lessons.
Level 2 is Units 9-16 Units. Unit 9-16 has 11 lessons. Unit 17-19 has 10 lessons.
