Need help with a book I\'m writing!

I’m working on a book about my homeschool philosophy, and I’d love some help. I want to include a section on supporting our kids. I’m thinking of calling the chapter “Just Sit There” and I’m hoping some of you are willing to tell me your stories.

I’m looking for times when you quietly sat next to a struggling (or not struggling) child, and it gave them motivation or confidence or whatever. Or they can be stories about when you were working together more actively than just sitting there (that might be another chapter).
