Need help finding a book I heard of a while back.

Quite a while ago, I stumbled upon a book, that was written by a family (mom?) about a trip they took. The trip was completely centered around places from their favourite childhood literature that they read as a family growing up. I thought this sounded so interesting, and have been so excited to read it for the last couple of years. The only problem is that I can’t remember for the life of me what it’s called, who wrote it, or where I even read about it… lol. Please help! Has anyone heard of this, or have any good ideas on how to source it out? I feel like I’ve googled every conceivable wording for the book possible…
