    Hey ya’ll, 

    You know we make almost everything from scratch, which makes it hard to figure out how much of what (protein, fat, carbs, etc.) we’re getting, especially since many times I make substitutions in recipes.  Well, I just found this and thought others might enjoy it too.  You can enter your specific recipe, and it will tell you the nutritional information based on YOUR ingredients.  Neat, no?
