    My oldest son has been dealing with some health challenges this week, and we just had to rush him back to the hospital for another EKG.  He is having some electrical problems with his heart, and we don’t have many details yet.  He has a referral to a specialist for Friday.  Cade is quite a boy–he is 6’6″ and 140 pounds and so that heart has a long ways to work.  Smile  We are praying that he will have no emergencies leading up to his appointment on Friday and that the doctors will know what to do to help him.  I think we’re pretty calm–I used to work for a cardiologist–but of course we are concerned.  We’d appreciate if anyone felt led to pray for him.

    Oh, Michelle, that’s a pretty stressful situation (no matter how big or old our children become 🙂  We will be praying for him and your whole family.  God is good, all the time.

    I will definitely pray for your son. It is so hard to see our children going through serious health issues. Peace be upon your family and strength from the Lord.

    I am also praying for him and your whole family. I also pray for God to give the doctor wisdom to find the answers. I pray that God would give you the strenghth as you wait for Friday and also through this trial of unknowing. I was reading Psalm 62 and I found verses 5-8 very encouraging today. Perhaps you will also. God be with you,

    Michelle, knowing the stress of a sick child my heart goes out to you – the stress is quite something….my thoughts and prayers are with that strapping lad and you and you hang on – all will be well. Please let us know how he gets on…I won’t say don’t worry, that is impossible, but trust in God, and it will be well. Hugs, God bless – Linda
