I know you posted this almost a year ago, but I had to let you know I LOVE IT!  It makes so much sense- thank you for sharing it!  Were you happy with the way the other subjects turned out?  Hmm, gets me thinking that I might like to do something like this…

I’m not finished. I had to put it aside for a while, but I am still working as I can. It is useful to me. I hope to do more as I start planning for next year.

I am in the middle of working on my big overall plan, and that sample was SO HELPFUL!  Thanks, Christie!

I have a fairly spaced out family. 3 teens who work pretty independently on a distance education program and then 2 little ones aged 3 & 5.

I am wanting to start ds6 on a CM styled program but I am kind of out of practice and tired so therefore lacking in creative juices.

I really need a simple years plan that we can just plod through day by day. I can sources resources and books etc but I really need some sort of written day by day years plan to follow or if need be to tailor to meet the needs of our family. Something I can just printout, put on the wall and go for it.

    Any suggestions?

Day by day?  Not CM – but Easy Peasy is good if you don’t mind your kids learning on a computer.

CM, but “week by week” instead of day by day – Ambleside Online.

Also – the Simply Charlotte Mason guide, along with the history modules, is pretty laid out for you.

    hth!
