    I’ve been downloading my SCM books to my new iPad, and one of the books I’ve purchased doesn’t show in my account. Is this because it was too long ago? I do have a copy on my computer and another backup, so it’s not really a problem, just a question. And it’s easier to download directly to the iPad, rather than go through the computer. 😉

    It would either be an order from before we updated our store to keep track of your previous orders, or you may not have been logged into your account when you made that purchase. If you contact us with the order number (if you know it) and your e-mail address, I can look it up and give you access to the download through your account.
