    Is the attendance automatically recorded when an assignment is marked “worked on” or “completed” for the day? or do I need to check a box for attendance?  Just for my own records, not a big deal.  I think I am seeing this correctly, but if I’m not, please let me know ~ I can generate a report at the end of the year and as long as it is entered as a “family” assignment, it will be put on both student’s reports?  I don’t need to enter those separately under the individual student?  Also, I’m still on my free trial, when that is over, how do I sign up after that?  Do I get an email?

    The attendance report just counts up the days each student has activity by looking for items marked worked on or completed. You can choose to include activity assigned to the whole family and count that for all students. You can also choose to count days that only had a note even if there was no other activity.

    So yes, if you check the box when running the report to include family activity it will be counted for every student. You don’t have to enter it separately.

    You should receive an e-mail when your trial time nears. But you can go into your account settings anytime and upgrade.
