My daughter has enjoyed listening to the James Herriot Treasury on audio. It’s her favorite and she’s listened to it over and over again. In looking for more James Herriott books, I came across Animal Stories. I bought it and it turned out to be more adult in its content. Does anyone know if he’s written any other books for children that might be available on audio?
I am so disappointed! I’ll have to search for other similar books. Thanks!

Yes, his books are for Teens & Adults who are accustomed to rough “farmer” language. My mother was raised on a farm – her grandparents immigrated from Northern England – and her father and uncles spoke just as “colorfully” as the farmers in Yorkshire did! Not for the faint of heart (or ears).
