Monthly Subscription option & future cancellation

    Hi SCM Team,

    We have a monthly subscription and I wasn’t clear as to wether we have to physically go in and pay every month or SCM keeps debiting every month?

    Also in the future when it may be time to cease the subscription (not that I’m thinking of it because I love it) how should that be done?

    I’m sorry if the answers are somewhere on the site they’re just not jumping out at me!

    I’m not the SCM Team, but I think I can help.  The monthly payments are automatic.  I think you cancel at PayPal where it shows your subscriptions.  Hopefully you won’t need to do this. Wink

    That’s right, Heather. When you sign up, you create a subscription through PayPal. They will charge you the monthly (or annual) fee automatically. If you ever want to stop your subscription, you can go into your PayPal account and cancel it. No worries.

    By the way, we haven’t advertised it much, but we keep your records around for at least a year even if you stop your subscription. That way you’re free to come and go as you please and your records will still be there for you if you need to take some time off.

    Yes Doug, that worked great for us when we had to take a break, I came back a year later almost and my resources were all still there – I thought that was fantastic customer service, so thanks – saved me an awful lot of time.
