If you don’t mind either printing it yourself or viewing it on a device, you can find one on the Cottage Press website. I will put the link here, but just in case, you go to “Resources” then to “Primer” then to “Picture Study.” They are free PDF downloads with art and a biography for many artists.
The art prints at Cottage Press really are helpful. I don’t wish to take away from the beauty of the SCM portfolios, of course. But we use Cottage Press for language arts and that’s how I discovered their site. The Primers have picture study as part of the lesson one day a week, and I use the art resources to print out a picture for my daughter to put in her folder when we do picture study that day. I don’t share the whole biography with her, but it’s helpful for me to learn about the artists I’m not as familiar with.
