Loop schedule

So I have just become aware of what a loop schedule is. It sounds sort of magic for those unpredictable days! How do you all sequence to keep the proper variety. Do you do multiple “loops” to get one enrichment in. Or do separate loop of “family subjects” to start with… then kids start on their individual loops? And the. How do you organize independent work with one kid to line up with “mom time” with another kid? Thanks for your thoughts.
