Looking for resource for upper teen

Hi,

I am looking for a resource for my 18 year old who is graduating this next week.  I realize that we have not done much in the way of goal setting .  We have done some for weekly goals or yearly goals but we haven’t gone into life goals and such.  I am wondering if anyone can recommend a resource that would be appropriate for a 18 year old.  I just don’t want something too detailed, but something she can go through on her own time this summer before she starts college.
