We just used a lot of games to get a start on learning facts before moving to a timed thing like xtra math. There are lots of free printable multiplication games out there. Or you could just use old fashioned flash cards, too. I never really found an app that gave helpful practice to actually learn the facts other than timed ones like xtra math. Good luck I’m Ecuador!
