Log in and posting problem fixed?

    Well, I have some good news and bad news.

    The good news is that I think we’ve improved the situation some even if it hasn’t completely solved it for everyone. I’m also testing a new version of the forum software. It looks very promising and takes care of the login issue completely. Plus, it adds some other really nice features.

    The bad news is that we won’t be able to install it right away. What I’m testing is a beta version and it still has a few bugs to be worked out. We also have to wait for the private messaging plugin we use to be updated to work with it.

    So it’s looking like it will be towards the end of June. Thanks for your patience and for holding on a bit longer. It’s a little inconvenient now but it will be worth the wait. 🙂

    Thanks, Doug!  Hasn’t worked for me as of yet, but I’m stubborn – I’ll just wait.  😉  I keep forgetting to ask my dh for ideas, too.  He is the one in charge of my own website/forum.  But we use phpBB.  (And that’s all I know about it LOL)

    @Sara – Well, that’s more than I know!  For a moment there, when I read “phpBB,” I thought you were giving Doug “raspberries.”  Tongue out

    Patience is a virtue so they say….so this will be a good opportunity for me to cultivate more patience and as with everything else Doug and Sonya come up with, I am sure it will be well worth the wait.  Excited to see how it works whenever it arrives online-thanks for your efforts.
