I used the planner during May and it was a big help. I’m wondering if anything new has been added. Can we pull up and print assignments for the week? Also, can we move assignments around to arrange them in the order that we want them completed?
They have been working on a big upgrade, but it isn’t ready yet.
I do print out a weeks worth of assignments – but not assigned by day or anything like that – just the daily list with everything on it (I open “show upcoming assignments” for things that are done more than once…) You can move divisions around in a resource, but the to-do list is still printed alphabetically.

The update will contain resource sharing, public editing of resources so everyone can cooperatively fill in details, multiple versions of resources to track any editing and use any version, and resources with multiple editions to handle books with multiple printings that have different content.
Any idea when the updated version will be ready? I didn’t get to take full advantage of my trial, unfortunately due to vacation schedules falling right in the middle of it (should have planned that out better, huh?), but it is on my list of things to order as I really think it will make organizing and keeping track of everything SOOOO much easier. I imagine that once the updates are ready everyone will be automatically switched over. Oh – ya. Do you bill for the organizer in one lump sum or monthly?
We’re not quite ready to announce when the update will go live. When the time comes it will happen automatically without anyone having to do anything. We’d be happy to reset your trial at that time so you can test it out.
The CM Organizer is billed by your choice of either monthly or yearly.
