Does anyone use this? It says there is room to record individual work for up to 3 children. This is supposed to be a CM style planner, so I am wondering if there is extra room for “family” subjects. I have 11 or 12 subjects in the family category and I am wondering if there will be room for it all. There are a few examples (more like a screen print of a few pages together) and I can’t really get a feel for it. Does anyone have any advice?
I emailed the owner and haven’t heard back and we’re gearing up to start July 2nd.
Huh…I thought that planner was no longer being published. Weird…I have not used it either and I am interested in it. It would be nice if they had a preview section for some of the pages.
Don’d mind me about the publishing thing…I have looked at SO many I probably have it all mixed up. Let us know if you hear anything.
Meanwhile, I am attempting to create my own….Lord help me.
I did hear back from Susan Crisman today and she had a couple of questions for me to which I sent a reply. I will let you know when she sends me a response. I shared with her our schedules and she is going to let me know if she thinks the planner will be a fit.
I bought the planner last year, but it didn’t meet my needs and I sold it. However, it is large ~ legal size and the blocks are also quite large. I think you could fit 3-5 students worth of work in each block without trouble.
I ended up making 3 week mini-checklists for each kid. It’s working better than anything else I’ve tried for us.
I also had a copy, but it did not suit my needs either, I ended up giving it away and made my own…using a variety of sources. One of the reasons I did not like it was the size, it was not exactly pocket book friendly. Linda
Thanks for the responses! Can you plan for all students/subjects including family and see it at one time? Meaning, when you open it can you see the week at a glance without flipping to see each student? Does that make sense?
