I know several have recently ordered the Liberty’s Kids DVDs from Amazon. If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s the link:

We had pre-ordered the collection and just received it this past week. The episodes are so informative; I think they’ll be an excellent tool for reinforcing what we’ll be learning in American History this year. And my kids are loving them. I thought it was great when my 16 y/o son came home yesterday after working for several hours and said, “They didn’t watch any Liberty’s Kids without me, did they??” –Tara

LOVE Liberty’s Kids! We have watched each one several times. Probably my kids’ favorite series.

Thanks a bunch! I was looking for this. We’ve never seen an episode but I did preorder and received it last week. The kids are excited (me too!!!)

The amazon link shows the entire 40 episode collection for $8?? Is that right?? I don’t see anything about preorders. I’m confused. …

Laura, they just shipped the DVDs out a week or so ago. We could preorder before then. And yes, all the episodes are there. You get an even better deal; I paid $10. 🙂

Thanks! And thanks to whoever first told about the dvd series and it’s sale. We ordered it and have watched 2 episodes. My 6yo is now reading a book we found at the library and is excitedly telling me about the Boston Tea Party and Minute Men and King George. All informally on his own. 🙂
