Let’s talk Crockpot!

    Someone mentioned crockpot meals besides me. We have a few favorites but I’m always looking for more. The one thing I love about these besides having nothing to do at dinner is that 90% of the time the meals is absolutely healthy! Maybe we could all share our favorites.

    Easy Goulash:

    2 cans red kidney beans (drained)

    2 cans chickpeas (drained)

    2 lbs either beef or turkey (cooked and drained)

    1 15oz can tomato sauce

    2 can’s diced tomato (we like the ones with garlic, oregano etc)

    1 bag mixed frozen vegi’s (or you can just pick like corn alone)

    1 bag frozen hashbrowns (the ones that are little squares not shredded)

    Brown meat, drain and add to crockpot along with everything else

    My family loves this and I usually have enough for leftovers for lunch the next day. Serves about 6 (all boys) for us
