I just ran across Lessons from History.  What an awesome resource!  Have any of you used these for your children’s independent study guides?

I actually ran across it while looking at an untold number of timeline options.  I’m ready to ditch the timeline idea.  We use VP cards which work well for our family.  Why I keep trying to find a timeline for us to add to, I don’t know.  Anyway, I ran across these and thought it was a neat idea.  I’m not saying I’ll use them, must thought they look like a nice reference book, or an independent study guide for good readers.

I liked the little timeline snipits within each person/event unit.  And, I thought it would be a nice reference tool for libraries.

PS  I saw them first on the Rainbow Resource website.
