Leaving Days Blank

    Hey Ladies, I know this has come up before, but I cannot find the link. Is there a way to leave the days of the week blank for a resource that you will only pick up now and again. I have a few resources like that, and they will not be used weekly, maybe once or twice a month or every few months – any tips for dealing with that? Thanks – Linda

    I generally assign them to Sunday… The day I actually want to do them, I tell the organizer to show resources not scheduled for that day… then I “open” that resource, and it then prints on the Daily list…
