  • I was so excited to see that the new 12-disc set has been released…sooner than I expected, too! But I didn’t see a link to buy the little book on its own. I assume that will be an option, because you know people are going to want to watch with friends. 🙂  The price freaks me out a bit — of course I have no doubt that it’s totally worth it, and obviously that’s a lot of hours of DVDs, plus it’s on sale (yay!)…it’s just the initial moment when it’s time to click “buy” on the site. Please let us know when extras of the companion book will be available — thanks!

The Learning and Living Notebook is available now. We just haven’t linked it up everywhere yet. And new for this set, the notebooks are available in both printed and downloadable e-books formats.

We’re also putting together a free Leader’s Guide for those who want to do group showings. It’s not quite ready yet but watch for it over the next couple weeks.

Any chance the DVDs will be available to purchase separately?  Our family has been homeschooling using the CM method (and many SCM products-love them!) for years and are now on the high school end of things.   I already have had the All-day CM seminar, Books & Things DVD, etc., but woulld love to have 2 0r 3 of the DVDs included in the collection, especially those focusing on the later years of schooling.

    Thanks!

Oh, how I want to get this!  I see that it replaces Books & Things and the All-Day Charlotte Mason Seminars, which I purchased earlier this spring and thoroughly enjoyed!  Now to justify *another* DVD seminar purchase!  Smile

So excited! Doug, do you know how long you plan to keep the sale price going for?

    Thanks,

Thanks for the link to the extra notebook, Doug! OK, probably a silly question, but is the printed book in a ful l8.5×11″ format? I pictured it being smaller like a DVD case size. But I’d imagine that the PDF of the notebook is the size of a full sheet of paper.

As the one who hosted this seminar, I can say that it is fabulous! It will be a welcome addition to my library.

Will this be available at the FPEA conference in Orlando and if so, will it still be on sale?

The sale price is good through the end of this month.

So much of the content is dependent on the other material in the series that we decided not to offer each separately. The exception is Laying Down the Rails, because that is stand alone. We have updated our Rails DVD and CD to be the new version from this seminar.

is the printed book in a ful l8.5×11″ format?

No, it’s a smaller size to fit in the DVD box. It’s close to 5″ x 7.5″. It does scale up nicely to a full letter page if you want to do that when printing the PDF.

Yes, it will be there at the sale price.

    Hello

I would love to buy this DVD set but I cannot see if you send overseas…do you please? We are in New Zealand. How much would postage be to NZ? Do I also need to buy a book to go with this? Thank you for your reply.

@homeschoolmum, we do ship internationally. You can get a shipping estimate on the checkout page before placing the order. The DVD set comes with one notebook, so there’s no additional book to purchase.

How much different is the information in the new DVD’s from what is already in the All Day Seminar and the Books ‘n Things? I own both and have watched them several times, but am intrigued by the idea of more content. Are there some specific examples of how this new set is “upgraded” so to speak?

Yes, I have the same question regarding content.  How similar is it to the All Day Seminar, which I already have?

    Thanks,

    Melissa
