Learning Disabilities and Reading

    I’m wondering how to teach reading to a child that you suspect has a learning disability like dyslexia?.  Do CM methods work under these circumstances?

    I’m bumping this for you as I know there are moms that have dealt with LD children. I believe, from my experience with my dd, that CM’s methods are very adaptable to learning disabilites.

    I have a son with Autism (lots of reading troubles along the way)…how old is your kiddo? do you have a diagnosis?
