    Hello, I have the Laying Down The Rails For Children book and dvd. Is this good for the whole family? Would I need to necessarily purchase the one for adults? Thanks. 🙂

    I only looked at samples of the children’s one, but I don’t think it would be particularly helpful for me personally.  But I am finding the adult one quite helpful!
