Landry Academy Online Classes – Anyone Used These? Other online class options?

    I’m looking into using some classes from Landry Academy Online for the coming summer and school year and wonder if anyone has any experience with these? I’m specifically looking at science, but possibly foreign language and maybe something writing related for dd who will be in 7th next year.

    If you know any other online class opportunities that you’ve liked, please share those, too.

    I simply need some help to make my load easier. Smile

    My daughter is currently taking their Crime Scene Investigation class and she loves it. She finds the teacher very knowledgeable and engaging. She also enjoys reading the text and will often come and tell me about what she read that day on her own. She just completed a mock crime scene lab and had so much fun doing it. She did a fantastic job which earned her a 100%.

    The teacher of this class is a professor in this subject at a University and still actively investigates crime scenes and testifies about them in court. He also happens to be very flexible. We just had a major move to a new state and my daughter couldn’t get her midterm done in time. He said she could have extra time and turn it in once we are settled. I highly recommend them. I have been very impressed. My daughter is looking forward to taking chemistry with them next year.

    Thanks for the review. I’m thinking of having ds8 and dd11 take next year’s science through Landry and want to ge the discount.
