Is Nesbit’s part unabridged? Lamb’s Tales from Shakespeare (Complete and Unabridged) and Nesbit’s Beautiful Stories from Shakespeare March 13, 2013 at 8:22 pm JenniferMParticipantBoth books are retellings of Shakespeare’s plays in prose. They are the stories for children. The language in Nesbit’s is a little easier and the stories are generally shorter than Lamb’s. You can see samples of both at yesterday’s classics.com. Look for them under the subject literature. It specifies Lamb’s is unabridged, but I can’t find that is says that about Nesbit’s. March 14, 2013 at 2:17 am JenniferMParticipantOh, I’m sorry. I misunderstood!
