Really, I’ve always done a pretty simple K year….
Reading – I’ve been using “Teach Your Child to Read in 100 EZ lessons” – but “Delightful Reading” looks – well – Delightful
Writing – ok – this one I’ve jumped all over…. Peterson Directed Handwriting is good…. but now I prefer Italics….
Math – We use RightStart – either A or B depending on how your child places on the placement test
otherwise, I just choose a few good books – Things like Winnie the Pooh (original only please) or Raggedy Anne – depends on what your child might like, and what you have available.
My kids would already be participating in stuff like Picture Study…
I can’t see spending $100 or more on a K year!
