    I was wondering if any of you subscribe to magazines for your kids? We subscribe to the Adventures in Odyssey club magazine and I was contemplating whether or not to buy a subscription to the Nature friend magazine  . Anyone here subscribe to this? Does anyone know of any other great magazines for kids? My kids are 7 & 9 .

    I love Nature Friend.  It’s our favorite.

    -Nature Friend (love it, although it is expensive)
    -Ranger Rick or Ranger Rick Junior
    -Cobblestone (esp. for history lovers)
    -Boys’ Life (beloved magazine among Boy/Cub Scouts)

    Our girls get American Girl, Clubhouse, Clubhouse Jr., and High Five (in age order).

    Our children ages 8 and 7 really enjoy Nature Friend and World Kids (current events from a Biblical perspective).

    We got Nature Friend a couple years ago and really enjoyed it.  🙂  I have a current subscription to Birds and Blooms, but it’s more for me than the kids.  Creation Illustrated is another good one.  It has articles for all ages.

    My MIL just ordered National Geographic for kids and highlights for my girls today. My kiddos have liked these in the past so I was happy to hear about her surprise gift. I will have to look into some of the others listed here.
