    I got to meet Bookworm in person!  And she’s just as lovely and delightful as you’d expect.  So much fun meeting some fellow SCMers in Des Moines and OF COURSE seeing the team “live”!  They are such a gracious, generous crew.  We’re blessed by the work they do and all of the wonderful products and support they offer.
