If it were me, I would focus on the basics at home- language arts, math, science and history. This co-op day that you have looks it will cover all the fine arts type learning that you would need. Leaving it for co-op day would make it something special and fun for your kids. Plus, since the school year is half over, it would give you more time to plan for next year, and just use the remainder of this school year participating in co-op to introduce these topics to your kids. But if you wanted to study those things at home, I would split them up. Say for instance: (I don’t know what day your co-op meets on, so this is just an example)
M-co-op day
T- Geography drill
W- Hymn and Music study
T- Poetry
F- Artist study and hands-on art.
Use your co-op topics as springboard for the week if you can, or just use it as inspiration for other of the same types of activities at home. The scheduling idea above I got here from the SCM website. Here’s the link:

There are lots of ways to schedule all of these different family study times, just do what works for your family.
