I purchased “A Visit to Europe” a few months ago and have lost it, now, for the 3rd time! I’m getting our bookshelf arranged and just realized I’ve misplaced it yet again. (I keep pulling it to review.) We’re starting on Tuesday next – ugh! I’m frustrated with myself.
Now, if you could come find my books Along Came a Dog and Mr. Popper’s Penguins, I would be forever grateful. Both went missing at different times the past school year. We’re in a 1400 sq ft house that isn’t cluttered and I don’t have a large book library. Go figure.
ETA: my son’s math notebook is MIA as well, in one of 2 small rooms. Fortunately, we use MEP and it only had one week’s of lessons in it that can be reprinted, but where could it be?
I know where they all are! They are all in a “special place.” It was a good four weeks before I found Spelling Wisdom after putting it in a “special place.” I am a professional book hunter.
You guys are a hoot! The trick to finding your book(s) is to look on the shelf where you put it for safe keeping. Yep. I went downstairs to the bookcase where I’ve been storing “Hungry Planet” and “Material World” and there it was. Apparently I had a moment of clarity and placed it in the most logical place, next to the books I’ll be using it with.
